Access should be exactly large enough for the conversation.
Request is not access
An investor request now enters a review queue. Nothing is sent until an authorised operator confirms the recipient and chooses Approve and email. That confirmation mints a one-use invitation and records whether delivery actually succeeded.
The invitation expires after 48 hours. Redeeming it opens one browser for up to 14 days, with a 24-hour idle limit and immediate revocation. It does not open the internal library, customer context, source code or unrestricted diligence files.
Answers keep their status
The room answers from a deliberately smaller investor corpus. Each answer labels the underlying state—working, defined, assumption, partial or required—and points back to the material it used.
When the evidence does not answer the question, the room names the absence. It has no browsing, tools or outward-action path, and a document does not become investor-visible merely because it exists internally.
A conversation without a new archive
SA-NT keeps the recipient, approval, email delivery, expiry, redemption and revocation needed to administer and secure access. Those content-free records are removed after 30 days and can be deleted earlier.
Investor questions and generated answers are used for the live response but are not written to the database, CRM or analytics. The context room is intended to make diligence easier, not to make a second dossier about the person asking.
