Twenty-five to forty-five minutes before a meeting, SA‑NT now assembles a concise dossier from the connected calendar, the people record, prior resolved decisions, open commitments, recent mail and one relevant PDF when an attendee sent it.

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar use the same dossier contract. A problem reaching one account family does not suppress a meeting found in the other.

Calendar details carry the event reference. A prior decision or open promise carries its loop reference. Recent mail and document metadata carry their message reference. Missing context is left out rather than replaced by a plausible sentence.

The automatic pass reads PDF metadata only. Document content is fetched through the existing briefing path when the person explicitly asks SA‑NT to read it.

The cited dossier is available in the private pilot by SMS for linked Google and Outlook calendars. Live relevance verification is still required across real meetings, sparse histories and crowded calendars.

The dossier recalls context; it does not send mail, change a calendar or treat a prior decision as authority for a new outward action.
