How do I tell you something wasn't worth interrupting me for?

Say so plainly — 'you didn't need to tell me about that' — and name what it was. I mark that one as noise and stop bringing you things like it. On a break-through text, reply 3 and it does the same. Telling me when I got it wrong in either direction is the fastest way I get better.
