SAINT
The service, on its own

Delegate the outcome, not the steps.

Use the phone you already own as a direct line to a private secretary. Say what you need done. She gathers the context, handles the supported calls and messages, and follows through until the work is resolved, handed off or clearly blocked. €25 a month. No instrument required.

01 · What she finishes

The work between the apps, handled for you.

The phone can do every individual step. The difference is who carries them. A six-second request that resolves in forty minutes beats a four-minute app session when the search, call, hold and follow-up are no longer yours.

Calls to institutions

She calls the insurer, the bank, the clinic, the authority or the supplier. She gathers the case number and the exact ask, waits out the queue, identifies herself as an AI calling for you, and completes the call — or brings you in with the context already stated.

Chases and follow-through

She chases anything that has not moved: a promised document, an outstanding decision, a reply that never came. She keeps the loop open until you close it.

Multi-party scheduling

She finds slots across several calendars, counters bad ones, and passes changes on. She can also run a bounded conference call: you and up to eight named participants, each told they are joining.

Mail and the morning

She drafts replies for your say-so and handles four boring classes of mail once you grant them. Each morning she sends one brief with what changed and what needs you.

Your accounts stay yours. If you choose, connect the Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) or Microsoft 365 account you already use, so she works from your real inbox and calendar instead of a copy. She asks for read access first; writing — sending a reply, adding an event, saving a contact — is granted separately and only when you first ask her to do it. Disconnect at any time from your settings. How Google user data is used and kept is set out in the privacy policy.
Failure is cheap and visible.Every piece of work has a state you can ask for at any time: queued, working, waiting, resolved or failed. When she is blocked, she tells you why.
02 · What counts as done

If you have to check her work, you did it twice.

Partial completion is worse than useless. The test we hold every capability to is whether she can write one sentence you read and think that’s done, I don’t need to look.

The receipt testNorth Insurance: the claim review is Thursday. Decision committed by Friday. Reference 483-221 — spoke with Maria on the claims desk at 14:12.Every completed call and booking returns a receipt you can open. The number we watch, and will publish, is how many finish without you needing to verify.

On your say-so

Nothing important is sent, booked or changed until you approve it. As she proves reliable in a class of work — say calls to known parties, or bookings under a threshold — she asks you less often in that class.

Never graduates

Money, commitments and new counterparties always wait for you. One correction demotes a class on the spot, and you are told.

She says she is an AI

On every call she identifies herself, once and early, as an AI assistant calling on your behalf. Nobody is deceived into a conversation.

What she keeps is yours

We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train general-purpose models. Forget everything with one message.

03 · The first seats

Twenty-five people, chosen by hand.

Job title is the starting point, not the qualification. The strongest fit is someone who repeatedly carries work that crosses people, sources and time. We are recruiting the first Nordic cohort one person at a time, where that load is frequent and the failure reports are precise.

Chiefs of staff and executive assistantsYou already are the private secretary. She takes the calls, holds and chases you make for a principal. The judgement that makes you the one they trust stays yours.
Independent consultants and fractional leadersYou run several client engagements with commitments across counterparties, and nobody but you chases them.
Founders in a live sprintYou are in a fundraise, an enterprise sale or a launch, and no one on a small team has time for the phone work around it.

04 · Ask for a seat

Tell us the first thing you would hand over.

Applying records your interest, nothing more; nobody is billed from this page. If we invite you, Saint introduces herself by text. The first fourteen days are free. After that it is €25 a month through Stripe, and she sends you the link herself; nothing starts on its own.

05 · Not decided yet

The parts we will not pretend are settled.

A staffed human backstopToday, when a call needs a person, that person is you: she brings you into the call. We plan a staffed backstop for institutional calls for the first cohort, so more of them finish without you; it is not yet in place.
Seats for a firmPractices and principals’ offices share context that compounds. Firm-level permissioning does not exist yet; until it does, every seat is an individual one.
An annual priceThere isn’t one. Only the monthly €25 exists today.
Usage limitsThe price is flat today: no metering, no cap. A fairer structure may follow once we have measured real usage.
